NYKSUND COURSE & RETEAT CENTRE – with the two buildings called “Main building” and “The Old Bakery” – is particularly suitable for smaller meetings and conferences, as well as lodging for intil 20 people.
The premises is also suitable as a business premises, and to intimate concerts, exhibitions and similar events.

2nd floor: 5 bedrooms with 12 beds / 14 beds

Prices – Rental of premises (w / specification)
The main building
½ day (up to 4 hours): NOK 1.500, – excl. VAT.
Full day (until 8 hours): NOK 2.200, – excl. VAT.
The meeting room is equipped with table w / chairs for 8-10 pers., Projector, screen, piano and fireplace. Other facilities on the same floor is the living room w / sitting area, 2 bathrooms w / shower and washing machine, modern kitchen w / fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, fireplace and dining area for 10, plus a spacious hall m / airing cupboard, and 2 terraces.
The kitchen is equipped for 20 guests. Parking for 3-4 cars at the entrance.
NB! The building is not handicapped accessible (1 step up into the building, one step down to the toilet / bathroom – bedroom on the 2nd floor)
THE OLD BAKERIET / NYKSUND ART GALLERY
The premises of the Old Bakery is suitable for exhibitions, Christmas fairs and the like, as well as to smaller meetings and conferences for up to 20 people.
The premises have professional lighting adapted for art exhibits. Convenient bench / Exhibition shelf and showcases. Floor heating.
Projector, screen, and flexible furnishing w / folding tables and chairs up to 20 people.
Infinitely accessible. Parking in the immediate vicinity.
Possibility of simple dining / catering.
PRICES – Rental of premises (w / specification)
The old bakery (premises of Nyksund ART Gallery)
½ day (up to 4 hours): NOK 900, – excl. VAT.
Full day (until 8 hours): NOK 1.500, – excl. VAT.
The premises (about 40 m2) consist of 2 meeting rooms with sliding door in between and toilet. Heated floors. The main room has a glass wall facing the street, and seating for 12 to 14 pers., And is equipped with, inter alia, projector, screen and dimming lighting. Parking in the immediate vicinity of the premises.
Ongoing exhibition in the premises may occur.
NB! Infinitely access to the meeting rooms, but the toilet is not wheelchair adapted.
DINING – Rates
Option 1 – Coffee, tea, fruit and cookies:
½ day (up to 4 hours): NOK 65, – per person excl. VAT.
Full day (until 8 hours): NOK 100, – per person excl. VAT.
Option 2 – Coffee, tea, fruit, biscuits and homemade cake (minimum 8 pers.):
½ day (up to 4 hours): NOK 110.- per person excl. VAT.
Full day (until 8 hours): NOK 150, – per person excl. VAT.
