We look forward to having you as our guest, and ask you kindly to read  the following payment and cancellation rules with attention:

 

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

The reservation is binding as soon as verbal or written agreement has taken place. Simultaneously with the reservation, you confirm that you have read and accepted our terms.

The customer  pay a deposit of NOK 5.000, –  no later than 3 days after the booking is confirmed by NYKSUND RETREAT AS. Remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

If the entire amount is less than NOK 5.000,-,  the full amount  will be paid.

The reservation will be deleted in case of non-payment.

Note: Please  remember to enter your name, phone number, arrival date, and name of event, upon the payment!

 

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation, please contact Nyksund Retreat AS immediately!

Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival will be full refunded minus a cancellation fee of NOK 1.000,-

Cancellation 30-15 days before arrival will be refunded with 50 % of the full amount.

Cancellation 14-0 days before arrival will not be refunded.  This also applies in case of non-attendance.
