We look forward to having you as our guest, and ask you kindly to read\u00a0 the following payment and cancellation rules with attention:

BOOKING AND PAYMENT
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The reservation is binding as soon as verbal or written agreement has taken place. <\/span>Simultaneously with the reservation, you confirm that you have read and accepted our terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

The customer\u00a0 pay a deposit of NOK 5.000, –\u00a0 no later than 3 days after the booking is confirmed by NYKSUND RETREAT AS. Remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the entire amount is less than NOK 5.000,-,\u00a0 the full amount\u00a0 will be paid. <\/span><\/p>\n

The reservation will be deleted in case of non-payment.<\/span><\/p>\n

CANCELLATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

In case of cancellation, please contact Nyksund Retreat AS immediately!<\/p>\n

Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival will be full refunded minus a cancellation fee of NOK 1.000,-<\/p>\n

Cancellation 30-15 days before arrival will be refunded with 50 % of the full amount.<\/p>\n

Cancellation 14-0 days before arrival will not be refunded.\u00a0 This also applies in case of non-attendance.<\/p>\n
